Grace Oh - Founder & CEO – SOL

Grace Oh is the founder of Sol, an app that offers a comprehensive guidance on menopause. By combining expertise from multiple disciplines and lived experiences, Sol offers a tailored solution with an emphasis on individuality and evidence.

After noticing the lack of investment in the women’s health space, Grace founded WellForHer, a platform for bite-sized educational content for women going through menopause. Now, through Sol, she aims to change the perception of menopause into a time of renewal and empowerment, not a phase everyone dreads.

Grace holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a licensed menopause champion with the Menopause Experts Group.
