Emmanuel Hui - CEO - TIGER JADE PEBBLE ACCELERATOR

Emmanuel Hui was the founding CEO of gene therapy company Moogene until its IPO (Konex: 322970). Upon exit, Hui joined Sagamore Investments to oversee healthcare exposure within their US$800 million private equity portfolio. Hui then started Pebble with support from Tigermed (3347.HK), Tiger Jade, and Sagamore to invest in biomedical start-ups with a Hong Kong nexus. Other Hong Kong stakeholders such as Nan Fung, Morningside, Uni-Bio (0690.HK), and CoCoon have also joined as shareholders.

Hui sits on multiple boards, including the HK Hospital Authority Central IRB (Pediatrics), Opharmic, Tonisity China, and Egglogics. He is an advisor to the HK Life Sciences Society, Thrive Bioscience, HN Group; and, on the side, is also a Line Producer for H1Music Limited. Hui graduated from Dartmouth as a Senior Fellow in Chemistry.
